Power" is a progressive and refreshing collection of
relevant Music that's reflective of today's Social Climate. The
Power creatively addresses both social woes and injustices
within Urban America through music. The compilation was titled "The
Power" for the purpose of acknowledging that we as a people are
empowered to be the sole controllers of our destiny though Unity,
Knowledge, Wisdom, and Revolution.
"The
Power" is Executively Produced by Chuck D and Janol "Mecca"
Holmes.
"The
Power" is being released via SLAMjamz Records and features a
variety of Artist including Public Enemy, Grammy Award Winning
Producer Easy Mo Bee, MF911, Most Hi-Fi and several other up and
coming artists.
Album
Cover Art for "The Power" was created and designed by
Fearless and Persuasive Artist "Adrian Franks" (featured in
Spike Lee's "Chi-Raq" and other upcoming projects).
